AUXX MUSIC
Auxx Music is a forward-looking music production and artist mentorship programme for people aged 13–18 in Bath and North East Somerset. The sessions are hosted by Louis Sterling, a Sound and Music UK award-winning music producer with a career spanning BBC Music, Channel 4, and Warner Bros.
Creative collaboration, cultural understanding, and a decade of industry expertise define our approach to one-to-one mentorship. Each session is tailored to the individual musical interests of participants to enhance their technical and theoretical understanding of music production, while supporting the development of essential transferable skills for higher education and future careers.
Individual sessions are conducted on a one-to-one basis for up to 2 hours and are held weekly in schools, colleges, home education hubs, and community centers. For added convenience, we also offer home visits and remote mentorship sessions via. Zoom. For in-person sessions, mentees are are provided with a laptop, MIDI controller, and a licensed copy of the latest version of Ableton Live for use during each session.
Upon enrollment, you will have the opportunity to enhance your understanding of the following modules using Ableton Live:

Learn how to record, produce, and edit your own radio show.
Learn how to prepare and perform your music for live performance and DJ.

Collaborate with our founder to kick-start your professional portfolio.
Cost:
£30 per session (2 hours) | Available in-person or remote.
